Nissan was in need of a campaign to recruit a whole new shift.
I together with a copywriter developed four visual approaches, each tailored to carry across the unique nature of Nissan's character and way of working while also staying original and not re-using visual tropes associated with car manufacturing careers.
This one played on the unique mix of Japanese traditions and British inventiveness of the manufacturing process at Nissan Sunderland by showing the locations near the plant in the style of Japanese woodblock printing.
