Often managers feel the need to hide behind meaningless phrases because they are not entirely sure how a certain problem should be approached. And this doesn't help the people that they should be managing.
So when me and a copywriter were asked to come up with a way to communicate upcoming line manager training, we wanted to use the meaningless phrases as a hyperbole to reassure everyone involved that the course will render such speak unnecessary.
The internal campaign used three teaser posters, a reveal video, three reveal posters and numerous emailers.
